Mid-Year Examination Timetable 2007
We are issuing the Mid-Year Examination Timetable 2007 together
with this letter. Please check the dates and advise your son/ward
to plan his revision schedule so that he will be well-prepared
for the examination. Kindly note that there is no mid-year
examination for P1, P4 GEP and P5 GEP pupils.
39th Annual Swim Meet
This is a gentle reminder that the Swim Heats is on Tuesday,
27 March 2007, 2.30 to 5.30pm, at the Shaw Pool. Competitors
will be released at 1.00pm and Non-competitors will be dismissed
as per the normal dismissal time, ie. 1.30pm. Competitors will
have to arrange for their own transport.
Kindly note that the Swim Meet has been postponed to Thursday,
12 April 2007, originally scheduled on 5 April 2007. The event
will be held from 2.15 to 5.00pm at the Shaw Pool. All pupils
(competitors and non-competitors) will be dismissed at 1.00pm.
P1 to P3 pupils will be allowed to go home after 1.00pm. P4 to
P6 pupils will stay to support their peers in this event; pupils
who are using the school bus service, the school bus transport
will pick the pupils at 5.00pm.
Methodist Walk 2007 – Saturday, 7 April 2007
Please be reminded that all cards and monies collected for the
Methodist Walk 2007 are to be returned to the office immediately
as the deadline is today, 19 March 2007. Kindly note that if
your son/ward has lost the card, please report to the office
to fill in a form; it is not necessary to file any police report.
We are extending the deadline for the response to participate
in the Methodist Walk. Please let us know if you are interested
to take part in this worthy cause. Please fill in the T-shirt
request form that we had sent out on 9 February 2007 and submit
to the office latest by Monday, 26 March 2007. Thank you for
your support in this fund-raising event.
Carnival ACS 2 – Saturday, 30 June 2007
To ensure that the quality education for our ACS boys is not
hindered by the lack of funds, ACS(P) and ACS(Barker Road)
will be organising Carnival ACS 2 on Saturday, 30 June 2007.
We are thankful to our parents and staff who have started the
planning work way back in 2006. Kindly note that we will be
issuing the Carnival coupons to your son/ward on Friday, 23
March 2007. The details of the sales of Carnival coupons will
be indicated in a letter to be issued on Friday, 23 March 2007.
