pupils on Friday, 14 September as the P6 pupils will be having
their PSLE Listening Comprehension Examinations. The P6 pupils
will be briefed about their reporting and dismissal time. Only

Please make the necessary transport arrangements for your son/ward.

There will be no school for P1-P6 pupils from 16 to 19 October
as teachers will be involved in this exercise.
End-Of-Year (EOY) Examinations

to 1 November. The examination timetables were issued to you
on 15 August 2007. A copy is also available on the school website
http://www.anglochineseprimary.net . Please note that the school

from 7.30am to 10.30am. For pupils who are using the school bus
service, the school bus transport will pick up the pupils at
10.30am.
Update on School Activities
Day Off In-lieu of Hari Raya Puasa
As Hari Raya Puasa falls on a Saturday (13 October), Monday,
15 October, will be a day off in-lieu of the Public Holiday.
2008 P1 Orientation
There will be a Primary One Orientation for new pupils joining
us next year on Friday, 21 September, 2.30pm.
Only CCAs with Volunteer Adult Leaders (Basketball, Soccer, Swimming
and Tennis) will carry on. Transport will be provided for those
taking the school bus.
Children’s Day Celebration
Children’s Day will be celebrated on Friday, 28 September.
Monday, 1 October will be a school holiday.
Term 4 is a very busy time for both staff and pupils and as we
look back on 2007, I cannot help but marvel at the way the
Lord has blessed the school. ACS(P) will continue to focus
on the twin thrusts of academic excellence and character building
believing that when we emphasize character development, academic
excellence will naturally follow.
We also want to build on our partnership with parents so that
together we can bring out the best in the pupils and nurture
them to be “young men of character, capability and creativity”,
believing that The Best Is Yet To Be!
God Bless,
